 Inherited Stress Reset — Program Guarantee
Extended Access Guarantee Terms — FINAL
1. Overview
We stand behind the Inherited Stress Reset program (“the Program”). If you fully participate as outlined below and do not feel it delivered meaningful value, you are eligible for extended access under the terms of this guarantee. This guarantee provides additional access to Program materials and support — it does not provide a cash refund.
2. What the Guarantee Provides
Eligible participants will receive:
- An additional 90 days of access to all recorded modules and workbook materials
- A seat in the live grounding and Q&A calls for the next cohort of the Program
3. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for extended access under this guarantee, you must have:
- Attended or watched the replay of at least 10 of 12 weekly modules
- Submitted completed workbook exercises for at least 10 of 12 weeks by their respective deadlines
- Completed the baseline Reset Score check-in in Week 1
- Submitted a request in writing within 7 days of completing Week 12, and no later than 30 days after the official course end date
Participants who do not meet these requirements are not eligible under this guarantee, though we may consider requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
Note: live attendance at weekly calls is not required for eligibility, since recorded replays are available inside the course for every session — only watching (live or replay) and workbook submission count toward the thresholds above.
4. How to Request Extended Access
To initiate a request, email [email protected] with:
- Your name and the email used to enroll
- Confirmation of the modules and workbook weeks completed
- A brief explanation of why the Program did not meet your expectations
We will review your submission and confirm eligibility within 5–10 business days. If approved, we will confirm your extended access details and any relevant dates within 10 business days.
5. Pre-Sale & Launch Timing
If you purchase during the pre-sale period, your enrollment price is locked at the rate paid at time of purchase, and you will receive early access to course materials as they become available.
Pre-sale purchases are not eligible for extended access on the basis of launch date or delivery schedule alone. This guarantee applies only under the participation-conditional terms described in Section 3.
Since course content is released progressively, the “official course start” for each participant is defined as the date Week 1 is released to that specific participant — not a single fixed date for all buyers. All eligibility windows in Section 3 are measured from this individual start date.
6. What This Guarantee Does Not Cover
- This guarantee does not provide a cash refund under any circumstance — it provides extended access as described in Section 2
- Results, outcomes, income, or health changes are not guaranteed — this guarantee covers your eligibility for extended access if you meet the participation requirements above, not a specific personal or business result
- The Program is educational and coaching-based; it is not a substitute for individual therapy, medical care, or licensed mental health treatment
- Change of mind, lack of time, or non-participation do not qualify under this guarantee outside the terms above
- Bonus materials, live Q&A recordings, and community access are not covered on their own if purchased separately
7. Reset Score Tracker Disclosure
The Program includes a bi-weekly self-assessment (“the Reset Score”) to help you track your own progress across the skills taught in the Program. This is a self-reported reflection tool developed for this Program, not a diagnostic or clinical instrument, and your results are personal to your own experience. Individual results vary, and this tool is offered for reflection and progress-tracking purposes only. Reset Score results do not factor into eligibility under this guarantee.
8. Right to Modify
We reserve the right to update these terms for future enrollments. Any changes will not apply retroactively to participants already enrolled under a previous version of this guarantee.
